It is one of just 10 units nestled within the quiet, gated community of Cascada Azul, overlooking a jungle landscape reminiscent of Jurassic Park.The open-plan living area features a fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable living room. A large sliding glass door opens directly onto your private back patio, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the incredible valley view and ever-changing ocean sunsets.Bedroom: A private room with a Queen Bed, nightstands, and a custom wardrobe for your belongings.Living Room: Includes a custom futon that converts to a sofa bed, sleeping one or two additional guests. A 43" Smart TV is available for you to use with your own streaming services.Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, Blender, dishes, and silverware. A small dining area is available inside, or you can dine al fresco on the patio.Bathroom: Features a large shower, a spacious countertop, and hot water.Guest accessGuests will have private access to the entire condo and the attached back patio. One of the things that drew us to Costa Rica is the value that Costa Rican's place on experiences over materialism. We keep our space simple and clean and encourage you to get out to experience Costa Rica while having a quiet, relaxing, and safe space to return to.** The community uses a filtered water system. We do not provide additional drinking water. If you aren't comfortable with drinking the filtered community water, we get it! Just please make sure to bring your own water. - Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
